Everything was great. Loved the pool access. Washing machine and dryer was handy. Easy parking. Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in one of the spa bath rooms. The spa on the balcony was a real treat to relax in. The bed was very comfortable. The resort was a bit out of the city centre but there were plenty of quick shuttles available and was other dining options within walking distance. The reception team were absolutely lovely and helpful offering tips on the best places to eat and visit.

Reception is friendly and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing. I think we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The apartment was very functional, with shelves to put your belongings. The apartment was very clean and had aircons in all rooms. Very spacious and great value for money. Beds were very comfortable. Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment. Basic facilities for cooking (no oven). There are 6 pools, 4 with a spa feature. It was not crowded at all. The complex was overall relatively quiet. Free unallocated parking. It wasn't difficult to get a spot near your apartment. You'll need to drive into the town centre. Highly recommended. Would happily stay here again.

Great room, and pools were excellent. we booked for the self contained aspect. We were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness, and the staff were very accomodating. The location was a little further away from the centre of town than expected, but we had a hire car so it was not an issue. We would be happy to stay here again and to recommend.

The 2 room apartment was well set up. We had a full kitchen, a dining are, laundry and a sitting room. Having our own decking areas and a swim up pool was fantastic. I appreciated being supplied with a coffee pod machine. Recliners in the lounge were also a nice touch. Little things, like plastic storage containers were appreciated. It was easy to cook at home. The BBQ facilities were also excellent and well stocked (equipment wise).

We stayed in unserviced apartment with a plunge pool and kitchen. it was spacious and had nearly everything you’d expect and extras such as razor and toothbrushes. It was comfortable and clean. Just one little thing, when you book an apartment with a kitchen with stove top and cooking facilities you would expect basics such as salt and pepper and if your lucky some oil and paper towels. There was no salt or pepper. A little thing but as we like to cook and were traveling we didn’t think to buy salt and pepper as that is usually provided with a full kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with kitchenette and laundry facilities which was useful. Daily room service was not provided so you just need to ask at reception if you need more items like towels etc. - they were very nice and accommodating. You can access and use any of the multiple pools/BBQ facilities, this was great! Close 5 minute drive to Port Douglas main town or 5 minute easy walk down the neighbourhood to 4 mile beach access. No restaurant on site but restaurant at the accommodation next door provides 15% if you show your room key.

Really nice swim out room, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect on-site parking, spacious clean room, king-size bed, great coffee in a 10 min walking distance. Although there was no cleaning service, it was possible to change towels as many times as needed. About 5 min drive to the centre of Port Douglas. The cheapest bottle shop in Port Douglas just 5 min walking

The staff member at check in was efficient and helpful and pointed out to us good restaurants and coffee shops. Our apartment was on the first floor close to the lift which was essential for us because my husband cannot walk up stairs. The layout of the apartment was good and our bed very comfortable. We had a spacious balcony where we were able to enjoy breakfast. The pool area is well set out with a couple of covered BBQ areas with seating as well as lounges by the pools. We booked a couple of tours through the staff at reception who were very helpful.

Very convenient 2 night stay with easy access to the Skyrail to Kuranda. The room had everything you could possibly need. But It’s a family hotel with pools and bbq. Great for an extended stay. Not so good for couples as noisy.
